Lam is an independent artist with a background in graphic design, currently developing a personal drawing practice in Da Nang centered on reconnecting with the inner self.

After returning to Da Nang two years ago, drawing became a consistent part of daily life, approached as
a quiet and ongoing process rather than a pursuit of visibility.

Lam currently runs an art studio in Da Nang, where most of the work is created. The space also opens occasionally to those interested in art, offering a simple and informal environment for connection,
with the spirit of bringing color into everyday spaces.

Artist statement:

My paintings are inspired by everyday moments, simple, intimate, and quietly meaningful. From enjoying
a new day over breakfasts, whether alone or shared with a loved one, to moments of being immersed in nature, to small instances when I allow myself to drift into daydreams. These experiences are reimagined through a variety of techniques and materials, often brought together by vibrant colors that gently lighten a life already filled with its share of worries and challenges. 

Working across different mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor… is also a way for me to challenge my own abilities, while at the same time allowing myself a sense of freedom and fulfillment through the process. 
Creating regularly helps guide me, allows me to experience and appreciate the beauty of art more deeply.
